Add a "number of chars before callback" parameter to the addKeyListener method

Description

The idea being that this would give a threshold before triggering callbacks.

Some users are testing the number of chars before acting (for custom type-ahead calls for example) and they don't really need to receive any events before a certain number of chars is in the field.
