Description

Hi again,

I manage to reproduce both problems in both demo solutions that I've sent.

To reproduce addCallback problem in the last example, you only need display first the form with the javascript button. If you do not display it first, but when user press on a button or tab, addCallback will work.

I've made this change in the attached solution by simply removing the first two tabs in the tabpane.
