Description

Not sure if this is a defect or a feature request...

Since June of this year Twitter apps need extra permissions to allow Direct Messages. First you need to set some properties in the application page to request Direct Message permission.
After this is done the accounts need to revoke access of the application and reauthorize them to gain this extra permission.
See https://dev.twitter.com/docs/application-permission-model

So my questions is if you can setup the extra permission requirement in the application page on twitter.

?? It's been month that the application permissions for the ServoyStuffPlugin application on Twitter is set to "Read, write, and direct messages".
Maybe you need to reset your account tokens to be able to use the new permissions?

But are you using the ServoyStuffPlugin app? This one is to demo the plugin, not for real world production.
You should really have your own application if you are using it in production, see the Wiki.

Ah duh, I should have tried to get new tokens first before I filed this issue ;)
And yes, I was still testing with the ServoyStuffPlugin app.
