Description
The first must be a plugins jnlp file with really only its own libs (main lib and its support libs in the plugins dir)
and that plugins jnlp file should also have another jnlp reference where the servoy shared libs are coming from.
This way signing issues will be avoided.

I think we should discuss this with respect to https://www.servoyforge.net/issues/785 and the new Java7 u51, latest restrictions/security additions.
