the fix for https://www.servoyforge.net/issues/638 is not included
in web_client_utils.jar for v1.3.6

I did include the patch in v1.3.6 but I uploaded the wrong one in the Files section (it was 1.3.5 labelled as 1.3.6)
I bumped the version with the patch so that people download again, it's included in v1.3.7.
