Description

Range markers not used for BarChart (for some reason BarChart is not extending AbstractMarkableChart in charts4J but AbstractAxisChart)
I needed rewriting the whole AbstractMarkableChart implementation in BarChart3D to get it working...

Will need to find a way to directly modify the charts4J API which is less and less workable as-is: everything in there is final or private/protected.
