Servoy JasperReports Plugin v.4.0.0 Beta 2 - Release Notes¶

The Servoy JasperReports Plugin, version 4.0 beta 2, is now ready and available for download.
The correspoding builds are available at the files section along with an updated build of the Servoy Jasper Viewer Bean.

The following changes (fixes and features) have been included; adding also the closed/resolved issues:

• JNLP file started wrongly with a new line (fix from 3.3 branch)
• Deprecation info added for reportDirectory and extraDirectories
• Support for setting Jasper (Bean) Viewer's title & icon
• If no report directory is set on the server, the default report directory setting will point to application_server/server/reports
• Documenting the plugin using the new Servoy JavaDoc way
• Basic drop-in of plugin will include Groovy library
• Issue 488 Fixing the use of images in HTML output reports
• Documenting the Jasper Bean using the new documentation (JavaDoc) way + adding verison info to the Bean
• Issue 416 Compiling a jasperreport with Groovy as scripting language now works in webclient
