Description

Hi,

at the moment we are migrating from Servoy 7.4 to the latest Servoy 2019.03 LTS version.
When we start the Smart Client we get the following error in the Java Console:

ERROR com.servoy.j2db.util.Debug Jar file of /plugins/velocityreport/commons.jnlp had a jar that doesn't exist: /lib/log4j.jar

After some research i've found the fact that Servoy has switched the log4j version and so there is no /lib/log4.jar any more.

Can you help me with this issue? What is to do now?

Thank you!

Hi Alexander,

Are you using the latest version (3.5.73) of the Velocity plugin with Servoy 2019.03?

Hi Robert,

thank you for your quick response.

In fact we've used version 3.5.67 and not 3.5.73.
The latest version 3.5.73 has the same /plugins/velocityreport/commons.jnlp with the reference to /lib/log4j.jar so i thought it's the same behaviour, isn't it?

I've removed that reference in the default commons.jnlp in v3.5.74
